After doing a Demaree split/swarm control, you are set to run a two queen hive. Does anyone have any experience in running a two queen hive?

I don't have experience with a double queen hive. But, I'm curious about it also. I've been using Demaree to prevent swarming on my one hive. This is my first year with an over wintered hive.
So far I've prevented swarming and have removed enough queen cells to start a royal family. I finished building a double screen board this weekend and am thinking about using it to let a new queen develop. I found a 1983 ABJ article on double queening but haven't gotten through it yet.
